Fore!

I don't normally colour my cards with my pencils but wanted a different look , don't get me wrong I love my alcohol markers but they do have the problem of showing on the reverse of the card you are colouring. I used a kraft base card and stamped the golfer image directly onto the card in black ink and coloured with my oil based pencils, love the shine they have.

I stamped the golf bag onto white card again in black ink and again coloured with pencils then fussy cut the image out. I wanted to create the effect that the golf bag was more in the foreground.

I finished the card with a blue peel-off 'happy birthday'. Another quick CAS card and perfect for the golfing recipient.

I would like to enter this card into the following challenges:-

Unicorn crafting - anything goes

naughty or nice - celebrations

Cards galore encore - anything goes

Take it make it - anything goes with a stamp

Brown Sugar - Birthday

A bit more time to craft - anything goes

Lovely colouring - pencil crayons always 'pop' so beautifully against kraft! Thanks for joining us at Naughty or Nice this month, Jo x

I live using pencils on kraft card, it adds such a “pop”, to the colours which is seen clearly in your lovely card. Thank-you for joining us at the Crafts Galore Encore Anything Goes January 18 Challenge. Good luck! Denyse x
