A gift wallet

I always find it challenging to make giving money or gift vouchers as a gift and making it different and a little bit exciting for the recipient.

I know you can put them in a card with a pocket but I guess that's what people expect to receive money or vouchers in so I decided to challenge myself and came up with this. I know it doesn't seem an exciting wedding gift but its what the happy couple asked for so they can get the things they need for their new home together.

I used another freebie paper from Debbie Moore and covered a cardboard wallet I made . I guess the most challenging bit was the fastener but have to say I don't think there was another like it.

I added a blank so I could write our message.

I would like to enter this project into the following challenges:-

For anyone who has followed the last few posts here is a piccy of the happy couple and I wish them all the luck and good wishes for their life together.

I think your wallet is lovely! I also think that giving money is the best wedding gift. It saves the happy couple from having to stand in long "return items" lines! :D) Wonderful design, beautifully executed. Thanks for dropping this off by our house here at 613 Avenue Create!

PS: I love her dress the color is beautiful and a nice departure from the typical white gown which doesn't really mean (in most cases) what it used too!

I think this is a lovely and unique way to give money as a gift. Your wallet is very elegant and I love the closure. Great that there's room for a message, too. That is such a cute picture of the happy couple. Thanks for joining our Spooky challenge this fortnight at Craftitude. I hope we see you again soon.
