Forever friends cake or chocolate...

...how about a cake with chocolate smarties on, the best of both worlds. My youngest step brother has a birthday at theend of the month and I thought this might be just the card for him. When we were growing up forever friends was a new thing and they were everywhere, the cute cards you gave to you first girl or boyfriend along with a wee stuffed ff toy, now a whole new generation still has that pleasure, though my hubby still does buy me these cute stuffed teddies for the occassional christmas or valentine and I'm still happy to recieve them. Wonder if they still give you hapy memories of what your first ff card or gift was?

Anyway, my card I have gone totally ff and used a ff base card and decoupage too. The little dots I couldn't be bothered to cut round so they are smaller than they should be , I used a hole punch but I think they look ok like more smarties. Not too soppy for my baby bro who stands head and shoulders above me as does my brother and other step brothers and son. I never thought I was that small at 5'6" as a young woman and was one of the tallest girls at school and in nursing school too, but when around my family I feel a real shrimp especially as I'm comfiest in flattish shoes, anything above a couple of inches in a heel and I  feel like I'm on a high wire act, but that is another story altogether, maybe later.

I would like to enter this card for the following challenges:-
Forever friends-cake or chocolates
Fab n funky-use old stash(have had these a couple of years, hope thats old enough)
