The layout is form the Creative Inspirations challenge which I love , another for my inspiration book I think, although in hind site I think I should have stuck my ribbon down, but usually when I do this it seems to go all wonky, advice on how to do this greatfully accepted please.

Another easter card
This card I've done for mum and Dad and I have used one of the spring kit cc sugarplum stamps.
I'd also like to enter my card into the easter theme at CRAFT#42. Eileen has an added challenge to make a non cut easter card, hope I can enter more than one as i am still thinking about that one, I still have hubbies card to make and I know he's not really into cute so I have a starting point. Well best get on with it I have another couple of posts to do before Andrew's teacher finishes at 10:30.

Hello there, this is one cutie patootie Easter card, the image is sweet and lovin' that egg shaped sentiment!! Ribbons can be tricky, I battle with organza ribbon every time I use it. I typically tape the ribbon down to the backside of the DP pannel, then run it across the area to be covered, cut it so that I will be able to adhere it to the opposite side too, about an inch of slack or so, then use basic doublesided tape to stick down your ribbon, cut it in half length-wise for smaller ribbon, when you lay down the double sided tape, you can use a ruler as your guide from that initial spot that your ribbon starts til the other side of the area. The good thing about using the double sided tape is that it is fairly easy to reposition the lace or ribbon if your first try at laying it down was not a success. Hope that helps your ribbon situation!! And thanks so much for joining us at Creative Inspirations this week!!

What a darling image and that ribbon is fabulous - great job on the sketch challenge. So happy you could have some fun with us at Creative Inspirations this week.
I do my ribbon similar to the way Stephanne suggested. I fasten it to the back on one side and then just pull it tight and fasten it down on the back on the other side. I don't even stick it to the front of the card, for the exact reason you said. But pulling it tight and gluing it on the back seems to work well for me.
